1937 Oldsmobile ORIGINAL Documents.
Auto Collectors! A very unusual find. In 1937, on April 20th a Mrs. Chamberlain of Portland Oregon visited Highland Motors and purchased a 1937 Oldsmobile Tr-Sdn. She used her older model Oldsmobile as a trade in. It had 40,700 miles on it and she received an allowance of $225 for it. She must have been a good negotiator because the dealership wished to give her $182 for her trade. All the original documentation is here. These are not copies these are the original documents that went into the file in 1937 over 70 years ago!. They include:
Car Invoice -Customer's copy (cost of the new Olds was $1109.00)
Bill of Sale
Delivery Order
Cash Receipt
Detailed Used Car Appraisal Record
The documents are all in excellent condition and would make an excellent display. Simply place in frames and place on wall. Would be an excellent gift for any car buff, dealership or business.
