A note on condition. As a rule we do not repair minor scuffs and any wear and tear on military crests. In the case of scuffs- furniture polish works well or if you are more ambitious a fresh coat of varnish will do the trick. The reason we don't like to do it is that those little nicks and marks give the artifact character and help date it.  This crest is 21 years old and is in good condition. (Also when we disclose an items condition we tend towards being conservative. )
