At NorthTreasure.com we enjoy bringing you items which are just a little bit unusual and difficult to find and this fits the bill! Here we have a marine treasure from nearly half a century ago.

QUARTERLY TRANSACTIONS OF THE ROYAL INSTITUTION OF NAVAL ARCHITECTS

Published 10 Upper Belgrave Street London England S.W.1 These are collectors copies of the quarterly transactions of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects from the early to late 1960's. For anyone interested in Naval architecture or marine history these books would be quite interesting. A nice addition to your marine library. Retired mariners can review marine history when they were at sea. The articles are very well written and represent the best thoughts of the day on the subjects covered. I have taken one topic from each volume and included it in the "contents" column. Most volumes have 7 or 8 topics of a technical engineering subject matter.  Impress your friends and business associates by leaving a copy of one of these transactions on the top of your desk or in your library. They will never doubt you again.

Perfect bound soft cover 8 1/2X 11" approx 160 pages each volume, illustrated with black and white photos, graphs, tables and some fold outs depending on issue. Condition very good for year, some minor tearing on covers with 3 or 4 issues, no mouldy smells, books have been stored inside for many years away from damp.

You can purchase the volumes one at a time or if you wish to fill up a corner of your bookshelf with very interesting material we have a very special price for the entire lot. To purchase one or the entire lot please e-mail ron
